Since all our jewelry is handcrafted and custom-made specifically for you, we have specific policies to ensure fairness. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Custom-Made Products

At SastaaaBazar, each piece of jewelry is lovingly handcrafted to your exact specifications. Because of the personalized nature of our products:

  • Custom Name Jewelry: Once production begins, cancellations are not possible
  • Color & Material Choice: Final color/material may have slight natural variations
  • Size Specifications: Please measure carefully before ordering
  • Design Approval: For complex orders, we'll send a preview before production

Our Promise

We craft every piece with love and attention to detail. If something doesn't meet our quality standards, we remake it for free!

Quality Issues & Defects

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a product with any of the following issues, we'll make it right:

  • Broken or Damaged: Item arrived broken or was damaged during shipping
  • Wrong Order: You received a different item than what you ordered
  • Missing Items: Part of your order is missing
  • Poor Craftsmanship: Beads falling off, uneven text, wrong colors
  • Size Issues: Significantly different from ordered measurements

Required: Please send photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Exchange Process

Want to exchange your item? Here's how:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email
  2. Send Photos: Share clear photos of the item and the issue
  3. Wait for Approval: We'll review and respond within 24 hours
  4. Ship Back: If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions
  5. Receive New Item: Once we receive the return, we'll ship your new item

Exchange Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Exchanges are subject to availability of replacement items.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Quality Defects: Full refund for items with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong Item: Full refund if you received the wrong product
  • Non-Delivery: Full refund if order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe

Refund Timeline

  • Refund approval: Within 3 business days of receiving returned item
  • Bank processing: 5-7 business days depending on your bank
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

Non-Eligible for Return/Refund

The following items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom name/text jewelry (unless defective)
  • Items worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Change of mind after custom production has started
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Return Shipping

  • Quality Issues: We cover return shipping costs
  • Customer Preference: Customer pays return shipping
  • Packaging: Please use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit
